West Indies national cricket team had arrived in Manchester earlier this week to begin their historic Test tour of England.
Since the Coronavirus lockdown started, they are the first international sports team that has been able to visit another nation.
Their first test among three will be start from July 8 at bio-secure venues without spectators.
The second and third matches will take place at Old Trafford.
All the players are tested negative for COVID 19 and their regular checkup will be done strictly by the England sports authority.
“This is a huge step forward in cricket and in sports in general,” said West Indies captain Jason Holder.
