Ingredients:
- 100g light brown sugar
- 100g white sugar
- 2.5 bananas
- 80ml buttermilk
- 120ml canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 eggs
- 1 egg yolks
- 155g cups flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
Prehead the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, salt, eggs and egg yolks. Let the mixture sit for roughly two hour until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Next, in a clean bowl, combine the flour and baking soda together. Add this into your first mixture and combine.
Mash together the bananas and add in the lemon juice. Next, add this into the previous mixture and combine all togehter.
Grease two loaf pans and pour in the mixture. Bake for 55 minutes and once cooked, let cool, slice and enjoy!
