Want to beat away this sweaty summer with some freshness? Beat the summer heat with this tasty mango lassi. All you have to do is grab upon some sweet pulpy mangoes and you are good to go! Mangoes are everyone’s favourite especially when it’s amalgamated with yogurt. It’s thick, it’s creamy, and nutty at the same time.
Ingredients:
• Milk 1 cup (can easily substitute with vegan milk)
• Yogurt 2 cups (can easily substitute with vegan yogurt
• Mango puree of 5 mangoes if small 3 mangoes if large
• Sugar ½ cup (if the mango is less sweet you can add more, adjust accordingly)
• Cardamom Powder in a pinch
• Saffron a pinch
• Dry Fruits of your choice (preferably raisins, cashews, pistachios, and almonds)
Instructions
For Mango Puree:

• Take a blender jar and add the mangoes to make a puree.
• Take the puree out and keep it aside.
For the Milk
• Add a pinch of saffron and cardamom powder to your warm milk.
• Keep it aside, wait for the saffron to dissolve. It will give a nice colour to the milk.
For the Lassi:
• Take a blender jar, add the yogurt mango puree, milk (has to be at room temperature), and sugar
• Blend it properly for a nice creamy thick lassi.
For Serving:
• Serve it chilled.
• Pour it into a serving glass and garnish it with chopped dry fruits of your choice.
