British folk singer-songwriter Laura Marling has announced her new album ‘Song For Our Daughter’ during her latest Instagram Live guitar lesson on Sunday night. (April 5).
She also shared one of her albums song ‘Held Down’.
‘Song For Our Daughter’ will be Marling’s seventh album and it follow’s 2017’s ‘Semper Femina’.
That will be released on April 10 via Partisan/Chrysalis?
From her official Instagram account, Marling explained about her decision to release album during this coronavirus epidemic.
Marling said that she hadn’t intended to release the album until later this year, but she now “saw no reason to hold back on something that, at the very least, might entertain and, at its best, provide some sense of union”.
