Our Assistants speedily master the craft of serving high quality beverages and become experts in Cafe art. MARKETING EXECUTIVES We have a team of marketing executives, who makes every thing works behind the scene. Whether it’s Marketing or scaling up or developing our people, our WhatsOn team is an integral part of every thing we do. You can wear what ever suits you, anything goes. ASSISTANT MANAGERS Our Assistant Managers organises and guides the team, coaching others to be their Best-self, opening and closing a shift & getting involved marketing & service and delighting our customers – their role sits at the heart of successful operation. Our Assistant Managers support our Managers to cultivate a happy team and do all that needs to be done to deliver a great WhatsOn experience to our customers. MANAGERS Our Shop Managers champion our vision of Great Coffee + Food. Given our support and guidance, they’re tasked with building a successful business, a winning team and a local community around WhatsOn. We have huge expansion plans and need Managers who are keen to develop their skills and grow with us.
