Over 100 Bengali artists including musicians, film actors, filmmakers and comedians, will join in a virtual fundraising concert naming ‘AllForBengal’ on 27 and 28 June. Dipto Paul Reports.
Artists will showcase their talents with fans in order to raise fund for helping those who have been made redundant as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as well those who have been affected by the cyclone ‘Amphan’.
Anupam Roy,Lopamudra Mitra, Fossils, Surojit Chatterjee Tanmoy Bose,Usha Uthup and so many Bengali musicians from India will perform in the 2 days long concert.

A Statement from the organizers reads, “All For Bengal is an initiative by the artist community to raise funds for the people of West Bengal in these trying times of the Coronavirus and Amphan crises.”
Musician Rupom Islam from Fossils band Wrote on his facebook post,” I am not alone, almost the entire artist fraternity of Bengal has come forward to help rebuild Bengal.”
“We shall each perform something special for you, in return you can donate whatever you can. Your donation will mean a lot to the people who have lost everything,” added he.
